A great event attended by 600 people, a discussion platform focused on the collaboration of the whole Community of flexible packaging, paper converting, labeling, industrial printing and multimedia communication: this was the Print4all Conference, organized by Acimga, Argi and Fiera Milano which took place on 21st and 22nd March at Stella Polare Congress Hall in Fiera Milano.
This was the first step of a roadmap that will touch the top with Print4All Exhibition, the innovative fair format that will return to Fiera Milano from 4th to 7th May 2021.
In addition to the important experts and keynote speakers such as Enrico Peroni (Ducati) and Sergio Spaccavento just to name a few, technical panels were held involving different companies, brand owners and machine manufacturers.
One of these panels has directly involved Uteco Group with Andrea Caselli Southern Europe Sales Manager & Product Marketing Coordinator supporting the well-known company of San Marino S.I.T. Group represented by Mr. Rossano Lambertini, Business Develpment . A SIT project born in partnership with Granarolo S.p.A. concerning the reduction of the thickness of the laminating film for the packaging of mozzarella: the presented project has perfectly centered the focus of the Conference with topics of Sustainability and costs savings.
Mr Lambertini commented: "Very interesting Conference for the large range of topics covered (by Mattiello and Ducati). Excellent networking and good media coverage. It would be extremely interesting to review the issues later on and then to verify whether the emerged visions will be confirmed over time or not. It would also be interesting to have feedback from the international press present as a benchmarking term ".
Uteco Group has recently been involved in R&D, not only in a Green Technology key but also in Industry 4.0 one. Mr. Caselli has in fact illustrated further developments taking place in Uteco such as, for example, the continuous research to obtain an increasingly green and sustainable technology, with an eye to reducing energy consumption and an ever greater interconnection between the machine and company network.
The conference highlighted the increasingly overbearing role of the Consumer, a new player on the market that ranges from Milennial to Generation Z who increasingly requires to be part of product creation.
In 2021 the value of customized products will be increased by 55% compared to 2016, so the must is: customize!
