This system allows the preparation of the unused color elements while the machine is printing, seeks a strong reduction in set-up times and an increase in productivity.

The exclusive direct transmission between the main engine of the machine and the central drum allows to obtain very high precision of constant and continuous printing over time, total absence of maintenance, silent operation and energy saving.

The Uteco patent "Thermilox®" system is applied to flexographic printing that uses UV or EB inks and guarantees accurate and continuous control of the ink temperature during printing. The advantages: constant maintenance of the viscosity of the inks and absence of overheating of the cliché which thus avoids deformation.

Uteco has long-standing know-how for in line combinations of flexo and roto machineries to print on paper and paperboard with special equipment such as Creasing & Punching, Sheeters and butt-to-butt Unwinders. Paperboard and Paper are first coated with extruded PE.

Fresh Liquid Packaging is usually printed with solvent-based inks or UV inks, flexo printing technology and wide web materials, up to 1000mm.

Aseptic Liquid Packaging

Uteco has great capabilities across the converting process for manufacturing the aseptic liquid packaging, especially for the printing part.
