Tomasi
Mario Tomasi

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

He graduated in Engineering and obtained a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). He gained a long work experience, consolidated with leadership and transformations positions in multinational companies, both in the services sector and in industrial sectors in the technological field. 

He joined the Uteco Group in April 2020, holding the position of Chief Financial & Transformation Officer. Since May 2021 he was held the position of Chief Executive Officer. He is a member of the Board of Directors and a minority shareholder.

Peretti
Aldo Peretti

GROUP EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Turin Politechnic. After important experience in multinational groups and leading italian companies in the automotive and production systems and packaging sectors, in 2004 he was invited by the previous President, Eng. Renato Chivilò, to manage the Uteco Group; initially as General Manager, then as Group Executive Chairman and second largest shareholder, after the acquisition by NB Renaissance.

Galli
Piero Galli

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Graduated in Business Administration, he has gained a long consolidated work experience with leadership positions in multinational companies both in the world of services and industrial sectors.
Active in the area of investments managed by private equity funds, he is not only a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of Neuberger Berman Renaissance, but also owner and shareholder of Uteco Group.
Since 2019 he holds the position of Executive Vice President of Uteco Group. He is a member of the Board of Directors and a minority.

Russo
Stefano Russo

VICE PRESIDENT

Graduated in Electrical Engineering in Padua, he lives in the province of Verona. He improved his managerial skills in multinational contexts in the food packaging and industrial logistics sectors.

He joined the Uteco Group at the beginning of 2012 with the aim of consolidating and developing the technical-production management. Today he holds the position of Vice President. He is Managing Director and minority shareholder.

Cividini
Cristiano Cividini

CHIEF OF SALES & MARKETING OFFICER
Cristiano joined Uteco in September 2020 and is currently Chief of Sales & Marketing Officer with additional responsibilities in Strategy and Sustainability. Cristiano, who holds a master's degree in Engineering, gained significant work experience as an entrepreneur and in management consulting, where he has reached top positions mainly following technological and Private Equity sectors.

Grechi
Aton Grechi

OEM CHIEF OPERATION OFFICER
Aton has been Uteco’s Chief Financial Officer since February 2022 with further responsibility in Information Technology. Since July 2023, he has become OEM Chief Operation Officer. Graduated in Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, he had almost 20 years of experience working in leading consulting firms and industrial companies. 

Bicego
Alessandro Bicego

CHIEF INNOVATION AND PRODUCT INNOVATION OFFICER
Alessandro joined Uteco in 2002, and gradually increased its responsibilities, working in Operations and Manufacturing department, as new product tester, project manager, responsible of Rotogravure business.
After twenty years of experience in Uteco, since 2022 he gained the position of Chief Innovation and Product Innovation Officer.

Carone
Corinne Carone

CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Corinne is Uteco’s Chief Human Resources Officer since October 2021.
After the Degree with honors in Industrial Psychology and a Post graduate specialization in HR & Organization, she gained a consolidated experience in people & talent management areas such as recruiting, assessment, learning and development strategies and processes.
