OnyxRACE is available in two configurations: 8 and 10 colors, and with two different repeat ranges: one version features maximum print repeat of 850 mm, while the second version goes up to 1200 mm.

ESG-oriented flexo press: OnyxRACE's goal for full sustainability focuses on minimizing environmental impact with the Active Pack, which consists of several technologies. Active Pack enables savings up to 300k EUR per year for energy consumption and consumable material.

Equipped with the best technology on the market for job startup: Active Start, which takes less than 3 minutes for automatic pressure and register setting, generating less than 8 meters of material waste.

The function of optimizing energy consumption in the drying phase is later carried out by the Active Dry system: the drying power is adjusted according to the printing characteristics (ink coverage) previously identified by Active Start. The Active Dry enables saving up to 50% in energy consumption during drying phase.

The new Active Dry-T also manages to identify the ideal tunnel drying temperature by collecting information derived from the print set-up process, such as substrate type, thickness and width.

The Active Ink complements the Active Pack by allowing pumping cycles to be adjusted according to the printing characteristics identified by the Active Start enabling the reduction of solvent consumption by up to 40%.

 Attention to operator well-being and safety is then provided by the Dynamic Pack.

The new OnyxRACE can be configured with the addition of a extensive range of downstream units (DSU) able to sustain different special applications and substrates: Our new different types of DSU: Roto, Flexo and Hybrid Roto+Flexo, leading to different types of finishings, such as funcional, embellishment, printing and adhesive.

The level of automation is sublimated by the SleeveBOT®, our robot for automatic sleeve changeover which stands out in the market thanks to our patented gripper system allowing adaptability to any sleeve size.
