Training
Theoretical and applicative consulting services and practical “lean training” for customers' operators are part of a wider range of training activities and courses that we organise and run in the Uteco Academy®.
Uteco Academy consists of a set of training activities on printing and converting topics that we organise inside the ConverDrome®.
It includes theoretical and practical training courses, seminars, and conferences. The courses are aimed both at our internal staff and at our customers, who have purchased one of our machines and need our training for the formation of their operators. We also give students the opportunity to carry out training activities in the context of university internships and school-work alternation projects. Our training takes place at the ConverDrome® and reaches our customers in their offices: we welcome all specific training requests by organizing dedicated courses at their headquarters, aimed at operators and figures who deal with mechanical and electronic maintenance.
The main areas of Uteco training concern the following fields:

machine preparation;

supervision and controls of the machine (set up, saving and orders recall)

print settings;

specific applications (refrigerator, video camera, washing machine, viscometers);

colorimetry: color and how it is measured;

the various printing technologies and the related components;

introduction to packaging;

print support;

preservation of food;
-
machine: from description to operation, passing through maintenance activities.
In collaboration with the Verona school, we organize training sessions on flexographic and rotogravure printing machines upon request. There are two courses of two days of training each, that will be held at the School's laboratories, and in the ConverDrome®.
