New Whistleblowing reporting system

Uteco Converting S.p.A. has adopted its own internal channel through which whistleblowing reports can be sent, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblowers, other people involved, and the content of the reports.

Uteco Converting S.p.A. has adopted the "Procedure for the Management of Reports of Offenses and the Protection of the Informant (so-called Whistleblowing)" (the "Procedure"), drafted in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, which has entirely revised the regulations on reporting.

It is also possible to send an oral report via a voice messaging system accessible at the following number: +390459090002

Who can send reports?

Reports may be submitted by individuals inside or outside the organization, such as employees, collaborators, freelance workers, trainees, consultants, suppliers, shareholders, or persons with administrative or control functions in Uteco, such as the Board of Directors or members of the Board of Statutory Auditors.

What can be reported?

Reports, which should be as substantiated as possible, concern violations of law that harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, such as the perpetration of a corrupt act or the violation of occupational or environmental health and safety regulations.

The following topics are not whistleblowing reports and will not, therefore, be taken into consideration:

  • Complaints, claims, or personal requests related to the employee's own employment relationship (to be sent to the dedicated company functions)
  • Complaints related to defects in products sold and services rendered by the Company (to be sent to the dedicated company functions)

How to report?

The internal reporting channel should be used as a priority.

For sending written or oral reports or requesting a meeting with the manager of the report, it is necessary to access the Openblow platform via a direct link from the dedicated section of the company's website or by directly accessing the following address:

Alternatively, reports can also be submitted in paper form:

  • by regular mail to the address Via delle Grazie No. 3, 25122 Brescia, Italy;
  • by using the special box located in Uteco Plant 1 near the clock for time stamping. In this case, the report must be placed in two sealed envelopes: the first containing the report, the second, optional, with the identifying data of the reporter together with a photocopy of the identification document, so as to separate the identifying data of the reporter from the report. Both envelopes should then be placed in a third sealed envelope that bears on the outside the words "confidential to the Reporting Manager."

Who is the Reporting Manager?

It is the company T2 Advisory S.r.l., based in Brescia, Via delle Grazie No. 3.
