This guarantees repeatable performances over time and limited operator intervention needed during heavy sleeve changeover operations, re-allocating his activity to more value-added tasks for new job setup (e.g. recipes setup, colors setup,…)​

THE MOST PRODUCTIVE: fast gripping guarantees a complete sleeve changeover in less than 10 minutes and minimized press downtime over time. This means adding up to 6.9 M€ of extra production over machine lifetime when comparing to non-robotic solutions for sleeve changeover.

THE MOST COST-EFFECTIVE SYSTEM: one single gripper for all sleeves’ formats. Our Innovative Gripper is unique in the market since it adapts to any size of the sleeves. This brings several benefits: 

• Fit any sleeves’ size already in use by the customer​ 
• No need to purchase and maintain special sleeves (e.g. with special flanges)​ or having extra spare carriers, sleeve and mandrels 
• Change only the sleeves while keeping carrier and axis/mandrels on-board​ of the flexo press
