We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of its highly anticipated Open House, held on May 11th and 12th at Uteco’s headquarters in Verona, Italy. The event proved to be a remarkable showcase of cutting-edge technology, exciting product demonstrations, and delightful Italian hospitality.
On May 11th, Uteco's state-of-the-art demo center, the Converdrome, welcomed more than 190 guests from around the globe, representing the printing and packaging industry. Attendees had the unique opportunity to witness firsthand the unveiling of the new Uteco, gaining valuable insights into the company's vision for the future. The event was a resounding success, highlighted by a pyrotechnic display that set the stage for an unforgettable experience.
At the heart of the event was the live demonstration of Uteco's latest innovation, the Onyx Go. This groundbreaking flexographic machine represents the pinnacle of CI flexo presses for short runs, offering unparalleled performance and efficiency. Guests marveled at the advanced capabilities of the Onyx Go, witnessing its impressive speed, precision, and versatility.
In addition to the Onyx Go, we introduced the pre-release of Sleevebot, a groundbreaking automation technology poised to revolutionize the industry. Sleevebot, the fastest sleeve changeover robot on the market, stunned attendees with its unrivaled speed and adaptability. Equipped with an innovative gripper, Sleevebot promises to streamline production processes and maximize efficiency like never before.
We aimed for the Open House to be a truly immersive experience, treating guests to a wide range of Italian delights. Skilled cooks prepared authentic Italian pizzas on-site, tantalizing attendees' taste buds with the flavors of Italy. The event also featured the irresistible La Romana gelato, delighting guests with its richness and freshness.
The festivities continued into the evening with a grand dinner at the historic Palazzo Verità Poeta, located in Verona's city center. The picturesque location provided an enchanting ambiance for an unforgettable culinary experience, further showcasing Uteco's commitment to creating lasting memories for its valued guests.
On the 12th of May, we invited our attendees to a wine tasting experience at the renowned Tenuta Masi Canova, nestled near the breathtaking Garda Lake in Lazise. Guests savored the flavors of the region through a delightful assortment of typical dishes, while exploring the winery and its interactive wine museum.
