When we evaluate and agree that it is not possible to solve a machine’s issue via remote assistance services, we provide our customers with Field Support service plans, so as to find a solution in a timely manner thanks to the intervention of our best professionals.

We guarantee our customers the most effective assistance during the entire period of time of the purchased service package. In fact, Field Support is a service available, as well as on-call, with two subscription plans: Business (up to 3 machines, for 3 years) and Basic (one machine, for two years).

With our packages, customers reduce the downtime probability, get an improved machine lifecycle and boost their productivity, saving time on the most urgent interventions, but also money: unused package hours are converted into discounts for future services.
