We offer a Special Configuration with our OnyxRACE LqP for printing on paperboard dedicated to Liquid Packaging Applications.

 

Our OnyxRACE LqP is the leading Flexo CI Press on the market, specifically designed for liquid packaging applications. The OnyxRACE LqP boasts a high production capacity, with printing speed up to 600 mpm, support for up to 8 printing colors, and a max. printing width of 1650 mm.

OnyxRACE LqP is specifically designed with advanced technologies for perfect management of cardboard/paperboard materials:

  • Enhanced Drying Capacity - both on CI Drum and Tunnel
  • Versatile Configurations: available both face-down and face-up configurations for Creasing & Punching
  • Greatest Robustness for printing heady-duties material
  • Seamless Integration with special Equipments for Liquid Packaging (e.g. Special Unwiders/ Rewinders, Creasing & Punching)

 

Uteco doesn’t stop to the flexo process and is able to provide our Customers with the unique possibility to combine the flexographic printing process with the Rotogravure and Digital printing technologies in order to fulfill the customer expectations for a Liquid Packaging machine in the best possible way:

 

  • Our machine have the appropriate specifications and strength to accommodate the weight and rigidity of the paperboard and can handle inks that are suitable for printing on various liquid packaging materials.
  • Since Liquid Packaging is often produced in large quantities, Uteco’s printing press are able to reach a high production speed to keep up with the demands of the packaging industry, contributing to increased productivity and efficiency.
  • Efficient drying and curing systems are also provided to quickly dry the ink and ensure its complete adhesion to the packaging material preventing smudging, allowing for product integrity and faster production.
